Error Codes for the Solo, Corner, and V Ryzers
Below is a list of standing desk error codes that may show up and cause problems with a standing desk:
The error codes from E01-E04 are usually issues involving supply of power to the control box or an internal fault with the programming inside. Please unplug the control box for 10-20 minutes and then plug back. Perform the Reset Procedure and check for functionality afterwards. If the desk still has E01-E04 error codes, please contact our customer service for support.
If your desk displays error codes E07-E08, the desk is most likely uneven because of a communication error between the control box and the legs. The legs are constantly given feedback to the control box during travel to ensure that each leg is running at the same speed as each other regardless of how the load is distributed across the legs. If these codes occur, please run the Reset Procedure outlined below. Table will decrease its minimum height slightly during this procedure. Please ensure nothing impedes the table’s travel during this procedure.
The H01 code means that the control box has overheated from continuous movement of the table lift. Please allow to rest for at least 10 minutes before operation of the lift again.
Before running the reset procedure on the tabletop, please ensure that all connectors have been reseated (unplugged and plugged back in). The reset procedure is as follows:
- Lower desk all the way to the bottom of its travel by holding the down key. Release key.
- Press and hold the down key again for around 7-10 seconds. Once ASr shows on the display, release the down key.
- Press and hold the down key again and hold. Desk should move down slightly and then up again. Display should show height readout once again.
- Check if the desk is level and operating normally. If not, please contact our support team.
Error Codes for the Economy Ryzer
When looking specifically at the Economy Ryzer, if you get E01 or the E02 code, please allow the table to rest for 18 minutes before operating it again.
If E03 or E04 codes show on the remote, the desk may be overloaded. Please lessen the load a confirm there is not more than 155lbs on the desk frame itself. The weight of the tabletop must be factored in as well.
If the E20 or E30 codes show on the display, please perform the Reset Procedure below:
